The Clockman from Takara Tomy is perhaps the most interesting alarm clock from Japan yet. It comes in four different personality types; yellow – brash and straightforward, pink – thoughtful and kind, blue – silly and fun, green – imaginative. He wakes you in a voice and speaks in phrases that match his style (all voices and phrases are spoken in Japanese.) His face even moves when he talks! He will announce what time it is on the hour, as well as sing to you and make other random announcements based on his mood. You can put him to sleep by laying him on his side and wake him again by standing him back up.
The new Clock Man ID versions include a customizable face with 64 individual patterns.
